Personal electronic surveillance

In order to comply with legal requirements for offenders under freedom restriction, Italdata has developed new electronic surveillance tools to monitor subjects using both perimeter and tracking methods.
The systems ESSII and ESSI&O continuously verify that individuals subject to restrictions are present in a predefined indoor or outdoor area, automatically signalling any anomalous events that can be resolved without assistance using biometric fingerprint recognition.
The system can also be used for the concurrent monitoring of groups of people where the security personnel is reduced. The technology can be easily extended to civilian applications, whenever certain categories of people need to be protected and monitored, such as children, the elderly and ill, workers with dangerous jobs.
